Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order directly from your Orders page as long as the order is still in the PAID phase and has not yet reached the SHIPPED status. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds

If you successfully cancel an order before it is shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of canceling the order in your orders page. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI account).

3. Returns

Because our products are premium custom wearables, we currently only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
